During his time as a pupil-in-chamber, Richard worked closely with Kar Ling, building a strong professional relationship from the very beginning of his legal career. Richard is also particularly skilled in civil litigation, offering strategic solutions and negotiation skills. He is also actively involved in disposal, acquisition and leasingtransactions for both residential and commercial properties, acting for individuals and corporations.
